What’s the programme?

Day 1

We’ll leave around 8 am on Saturday from the velodrome and aim to arrive at our first trails centre by around 1-2pm.  We’ll ride the trails for the afternoon and then from there go to Bryn Bettws Lodge and check into our lodge and eat cake.

 

Days 2/3

We’ll play in the bike park and ride the trails around the Afan mountains – dividing into riding ability groups.  Can we complete the whole of Skyline this year?!

 

Day 4

We’ll pack and leave the lodge and head to another trails centre near the Welsh border for a couple of hours riding before hitting the road back to London.  We hope to be back in London by around 8pm but this is traffic dependent.

 

Who can come? Riders need to be age 11+ and have been on some of the longer club ride outs so we know they have the stamina for 4 days of riding.  The coaches can advise if you are ready for this trip.  Parents/carers may also sign up if they like.  There are a maximum of 18 places in the lodge with the possibility of increasing this if there is demand.

 

What will it cost?  It will cost £200 for three nights which includes: 3 night accommodation plus all meals and packed lunches. 

 

Please sign up on Rider HQ.  You can pay a deposit of £100 now and then the remainder will be due by Friday 17th May.
