On Sunday 31st January 2010, HHYCC and Arctic Premier are hosting the rescheduled round of the 2009 / 2010 London League CycloCross Season. This is of course open to all HH club members.
HHYCC / Arctic will be organising the event and doing the Catering and Bike washing to raise funds for the club. In previous years we have provided hot food, cakes and drinks and we'll do the same this time. We also need people to help with on the day with the racing.
We need people to help with:
* Bike washing
* Judging
* Sign-on
* Prize Presentations / announcements
* Runner between Sign-on/Judges/Prizes
* Give out bikes for HHYCC riders
* Reporter
As this is the final round of the series, we could have a very busy event and the pressure is on us to get fast and accurate results.
The catering requires people to...
* provide cakes to sell
* serve people in the catering tent
* man the BBQ for hot dogs / bacon rolls
* help set up the tent, tables etc
* lend a gas camping stove for soup / baked potato fillings
