National Bike Week HHYCC Family Fun day, 14th June 2008 12-4pm
Hi we need volunteers to do the following on the day:
* Guides/marshal showing folk where to go to join in fun
* Registration/ Consent forms
last year folk just wandered on to course so this year we will register participants.
* BBQ - we have BBQ need some one to shop and cook! Funded by HHYCC.
* Running stalls - there will be 3 from us -Club kit and cycle stuff, plants and cakes
* Selling drinks - water and squash (tea if we can make it?) etc
* Making cakes to sell
* Any thing else you want to do - any magicians or musicians out there?

12 Noon Val Shacross opens with riders /public doing a free short
ride around circuit following coach - note for any one who wants to
join in.
12.30 Stalls will open with BBQ from 1-2.30
Assorted mtb activities including limbo and big hill challenge.
